Beyonce Knowles, a former member of Destiny’s Child, was labeled as the fakest woman in the entertainment industry, just last year. Since hitting it big, Beyonce has had breast implants to make her boobs seem more perky. She has a nose job to thin her nose down so it would appear more elegant. And, it has been rumored that she has even received liposuction to remove what litle bit of fat that she had on her body.
On top of all of the cosmetic surgery, she wears wigs and uses white make-up on her face and body. She does all of this to appear to be from a mixed race, which she is not. She does this to try to appeal to a larger audience range. Beyonce has a voice from heaven. People from all over the world listen to her music. No one cares where she is from or what race she is.
Cosmetic surgery is used to make a person feel younger and better about themself. Although, Beyonce seems to think that it is used for decieving people. The surgeries have not taken away from her looks. She was very beautiful to begin with. And, none of her surgeries were to boost her self-esteem. It was all done for her career. Beyonce is supposed to be a role model for girls of all ages. But, the message she is sending is not a good one. Do we want the women of the future thinking that they have to change their appearance to get any where in life?
Beyonce would be just as famous, today, if she had never had any plastic surgery. With a voice like hers, people flock to hear her sing. And, the surgeries have not helped her sing any better. She sings like an angel.

A big change after pregnancy is going to occur in your vagina unless you have a c-section. Women try to say that it goes back to normal or that there is no change at all but this just is not true. You are going to push a persons head out of your vagina, the muscles and tissues are going to stretch and although exercise and time will greatly increase the chance of it returning to its natural shape, it will certainly not go back 100%. The vagina consists of a number of muscles that will need to exercised just like any other muscle to get in shape and this can occur with kegel exercises and also just by having sex often or at all (after your six week waiting period of course).
Another thing that is going to happen if you have a natural birth is your vagina is going to be swollen and possibly tear from the intricate process of giving birth. If you tear your doctor will stitch you up but it will be sore for at least a few weeks. You will also be swollen whether or not you tear because the muscles and tissues are going to experience trauma from pushing something so large out of a small opening. All of the swelling will go down after a few weeks of relaxing and not putting too much strain on yourself or that area in particular. Depending on how much you tear and how many stitches you have that will also heal in a number of weeks.
The plastic surgeon will definitely prescribe pain medication so that you do not have to experience the full extent of the pain associated with vaginal birth during and after the process and he might also prescribe something for swelling depending on how serious it is. If you are breast feeding it is best to avoid taking any medication that you do not absolutely need because it will be transferred in the breast milk to your infant. Rest easy knowing that your vagina will go back to a normal size after about six weeks even if it is not exactly what you were working with before you gave birth. No one will notice the change but you.

The cosmetic surgery known as liposuction is sometimes used together with other plastic surgeries to re shape and remold areas like the upper arms, thighs, abdomen and hips. Your plastic surgeon will decide on which surgical procedures to use when you have your consultation with him about what it is that you are looking to get from plastic surgery. Liposuction is surgery and should be given the respectful attention that you would give any other surgery you may be contemplating.
Basically liposuction is a surgical procedure. Fat cells are removed from an incision by a steel tube called a cannula. A small incision is made on the area that is to be surgically manipulated. The cannula has a small vaccuum attached to it that suctions out fat cells after the steel tube has excised them. There are clinics set up that do nothing but liposuction procedures. Liposuction assisted with lasers, computers and a host of new technological advances have become a huge industry in the world of plastic surgery.
But, whether done the old fashioned way first developed in 1974 by cutting and vaccuming out fat cells or laser assisted liposuction, the cosmetic surgery is surgical and although claimed to be the safest cosmetic surgery available still has the same risks as any surgery. Local or general anesthesia may need to be administered and the fat cells may be close to arteries or other tissue not fat cells in themselves. Since liposuction is the invasion of the body to remove certain of its parts, it is surgery and there are side effects possible as with any surgery. The safest way of getting lipsosuction to re shape stubborn areas of your body like your buttocks or your thighs is to consult with a qualififed plastic surgeon rather than opting for what some people have been calling the beauty parlor liposuction clinics.
